Nachos and (really good) Beer

Beer Temple recently started serving nachos. The chips are restaurant style with sound structural integrity and  good crunch, even the ones buried under the cheese until the end. Speaking of cheese, its warm with a hint of spice. Pickled jalapeños add to the heat and introduce some tang. They describe the house smoked beef as “optional,” but unless you’re vegetarian, going beefless is a mistake.

I will be getting these again.
